I applied for change of my status i539 from B2 to M1 As i entered in USA first time on multiple visa in Jun 15,2010 and applied for change of statuse from b2 to m1 after 3 months later.
I've got the application received letter from USCIUS but still my application is in process,my entry will be expire soon Kindly let me know do i have chance for approval of my application and how long it will take to get answer from USCIUS.
