Hi everyone, I am a Saudi national. I've seen on the news that Saudis now have 10 years of visa instead of 5 years. My question is, does that only apply to newly issued visas afterwards? I have an https://showbox.bio/ https://tutuapp.uno/ https://vidmate.cool/ expired B1/B2 visa that expired in 2019, does that mean it's revalidated till 2024? Or do I have to get a new visa that is 10 years valid? Only reason I ask is because I'd love to visit but appointments are 200+ calendar days waiting. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure already issued visas aren't automatically extended in validity. Calling the embassy and asking is always an option, but my guess is that you'll unfortunately have to wait out those 200+ calendar days...The above is my personal opinion and not legal advice.

You can submit an application for an extension of stay by mail or you can file online using USCIS ELIS for an extension of stay before the expiration date on your Form I-94. Mynordstrom Employee Login
