B1/B2 Renew: Father 82 yrs, dependent Mother is 76, both can get interview waiver?

While applying online, the form asks only whether the applicant is 80+ yrs old (not both). For which I said yes, and the form said "interview waiver eligible" . Does that mean Mother is also waived from the interview?

I am applying for renewal together from the same profile.

Appreciate any feedback on this..

I assume you are "renewing" their B2 visa - if Yes, your mother is also eligible for dropbox (not because of her age, but because she had a visa & renewing it).
