My mother applied for a visitors Visa to come and visit my family and me 5 times now. Three of those times i was a green card holder and the other two, i was a United States citizen. All of those attempts were rejected according to section 214 B, according to which she did not provide enough evidence of ties with her country. She is 68 years old, widowed, has a respectable pension, owns her own single house in which she lives with her 87 year old mother, whom she takes care of. I am aware of a way i can apply for an immigrants visa since she is immediate family, but that makes no sense for us since she will loose it for not fulfilling the requirement of living here. Is there anything i can do besides filing for an immigrant visa to help my mother receive a simple visitors visa?
