H1 filing process for student on OPT?

Hi everyone. I am on OPT and was offered to start a job in the next week. My OPT end date is January 31st and the new employers said they would sponsor my visa. Will my H1 be filed within a month of me working there so I can continue past January 31st? How long will it take since I assume I can’t travel while waiting for the H1 approval? I just want to make sure I have an idea about the process over the next few months so I know when I can travel internationally again and decide if I want to go home or keep this job https://showbox.bio/ https://tutuapp.uno/. you can apply for a STEM OPT Extension before your OPT EAD expires. If you are planning to file for an H-1B and STEM at the same time, you should submit your STEM OPT application on time, before the original 12 month EAD expires. KohlsFeedback.com Survey
