Hi All,
Can someone pls. answer my question.
My first 3 years of H1B is expiring on March 2011. My company is going to apply for extension in December first/second week of 2010. Meanwhile I am planning to apply visitors visa for my parents and hopefully they will have their interview in December, either second week or later. Can I do this and will they reject stating my extension is filed and not yet approved? or I should wait for my H1B to be approved for extension and then apply for them? Another thing to note is I applied for them in April 2010 and got rejected stating "Potential immigrant" (I am their only child). Please advise.
