Visitor visa query

Hello everyone,

I am in the process of getting a visa interview for my mom who is 71 years old. She has had a US visa earlier which expired 2 years ago.
When I went to book the appointment, the website allows me to take just one appointment. I got one for October 2022 for Chennai consulate.
I am not sure of that's a biometric appointment or actual interview appointment . Can both be done in one appointment?
If no, then how do I reschedule the other visa appointment? The website does not allow me to do that and there are no clear directions anywhere on how to go about it. Please share any thoughts or suggestions.

It is called Dropbox (aka Interview waiver). She will be giving her biometrics on that appointment at OFC & submitted passport with supporting documents to get visa stamped. No need of interview.
