Few days here & there won't impact. But if the difference in study period is huge (say couple of years) then it might raise question that did you lied earlier or now?

Job duties, phone number & email can change over a period of time, so doesn't impact at all.

i totally agree with you, but in this case its not about the years but mostly day and month, because to be honest i don't remember if i joined the university on November or December or ... and which day. also for the graduation .. but after all the years will be the same as the first one

As I mentioned, couple months won't impact much.
