Urgent!!! regarding Visa Dates Available

Hello,

I see that there are no more dates available at the Mumbai consulate for US B1/B2 Visas.

Is this so only because dates for the forthcoming two weeks are displayed... Does this mean that I can complete my application and find a date after these two weeks, on the main ceac.state.gov website, where visa applications are made?

Also, do I have any case to make for transferring the place of visa procurement from Mumbai to Deli or Chennai or Kolkata?
