Visiting US with Family

My wife with two child applied before two times in 2017 except me as that time my in laws was there status as Green Card and was rejected both times

Just now he got the US Passport and his son as well rest of mother in laws and daughter booked the appointment for US Passport and waiting their interviews

My question is that will my self and family apply for Visit Visa and what are the chances for rejection?

Last month my in laws apply the petition for us as a non-immigrant and everyone knows.it will take time around 8 to 10 years.

The onus is on you as applicant to prove that your request for visitor visa is purely temporary & no intention to use parent's citizenship to get sponsorship for your green card.

As long as you prove that during your interview, your visa will be approved.
