Hi,
I am in H1 and my wife and kid are in H4. Our visa expiry date is on Dec 15th 2010. We just started H1 extension (first extension). Extensions are yet to be applied probably within 10days from now.
My wife is 4 months pregnant the expected baby birth date is Apr 3week of 2010. I want to bring my In-Laws during April 1st week for the help.
My Mother-in-law is Singapore citizen but residing in India under Visa. My father –in- law is Indian Citizen.
A) If I sponsor B2 visa for them during Jan 2011, will it get approved or rejected due to my H1 is under approval for extension?
B) Can I apply premium extension; will it help for their B2 visa approval?
C) If I need to apply premium extension, do I need apply for me alone or my dependant H4 extension also need to be applied in premium?
D) Airlines will not allow 8th month pregnant woman to travel. If in case during March 2011, by any chance, I heard news of visa rejection what are the chances I have?
