There Are A Few Of Consular Sections In China(shanghai,bijing And More As Web Sites Post)that Allow An American Citizen To Speak Directly With A Consular Officer In Regards To A Denial Of Visa To Freinds And Relatives. Is This Opportunity Avalible In Other Countrys??? Like India .... If Not.. If They Can Do It In China They Should Have This Everywhere !!!!!!!

People from China need medical insurance proof before they are given US visitor visa. There is no such requirement for Indian citizens.
Even if that is discrimination, is not that one in your favor?
