B1/B2 Visa - What documents do I need?

Hi,
I have lived and worked in the states (a year ago), but now I am going with my parents simply to visit family. Also, I will be attending a jury at my old university, upon the university's invitation.

My parents already have valid 10 year multiple US Visas, and my sister is in the States on an H1B visa.

My questions is what documents do I need to take in order to make my case...

I can think of the following:

a.) letter of invitation from university (obviously)

b.) letter of invitation/ sponsorship from sister (should this be addressed to the consulate or "to whom it may concern"
(can these be emailed pdfs that I print or do they have to be originals?)


c.) letters of invitation from other relatives (father's sister) that we will be visiting as a family.
(can these be emailed pdfs that I print or do they have to be originals?)


d.) my bank statement

e.) my father's bank statement

f.) other holdings in my fathers name - property/ income tax returns/ shares

Please do let me know if these documents should generally suffice....
