Hi,
When I filled the DS160, and sent the invitation letter, I filled the date as 6 months for Intended length of Stay (not booked the appointment date yet).
I am concerned that since my visa will be expiring in April 7, 2011 (which is 4 months from now), that might cause a problem (as the start of travel is Dec 1st)
Option 1. a. Delete the DS160 and fill new DS160 with 4 months as intended length of stay
b. Update the Invitation letter and Letter to consulate saying I am inviting them for 4 months, and send these documents again
Option 2. Let my parents go with existing documents and if they interviewer asks 'how can you stay for 6 months when my visa is expiring in 4 months', they can answer 'I will get my H1b extended'
Please suggest me which option to go, or any other solution.
Appreciate your quick response.
Thank you
