Hello,
I posted this earlier in 2008 and got some responses but just want to make sure nothing changed recently. With these crazy immigration laws, you are never sure!
My parents have a valid US Visitor VISA valid up to 2015 (they got it back in 2005 and visited me then). They are visiting me again. Can they just buy the tickets and come here or should they go through any other paperwork? Also, should be bring any documents with him this time around - except for the valid VISA and trip itinerary? My address has changed since then though (and my status has changed from H1B to GC).
