How to know Batch ID

HI

VFS sent me 221g with case number, I fogot to take a photo copy of 221g and so missed case number and submitted the documents in VFS Center with 221g.

I came to know that I can track the status using batch id (Case Number), can I know how to find my batch number using passport or HDFC Receipt.
