B-2 Visa Application With Passport expiring in 1 year

Hi There,

I am planning to apply for B-2 visa to meet my relatives in USA. I am currently PR holder in Canada and living there. As the next visa interview date is a year long, and my passport is expiring in a year. So is that possible to apply the visa now and I will renew my passport after 8-10 months , before the interview date.

Will this impact the application or good to go?

No, thats normal scenario. You can renew your passport before interview & provide new passport during interview.
