Urgent : Please help: supporting docs for I-539
Hello:
Can anyone help me with the details of the supportting documents for I-539 (extension for B2 visa). I have only a ticket which is valid till this march (6 month from the initial travel). What I'm planning to send is :
1. The I-539 form
2. Copy of I-94
3. Fee (personal check) is it okay to send Personal check ?
4. affidavit of support I-134
Do I need to send all other paperwork (property details, Paystub, employment letter etc) for this extension also ? please clarify some experts..
