Serbian Tourist Visa

Currently working on my tourist visa for Serbia and just about to pay earlier. However, I learned that my bank couldn't make a telegraphic transfer due to some kind of restrictions in Indonesia where I will be applying for the visa. My question would be, id there any alternative way for me to be pay the visa fee? I found Wise Money Transfer but I'm not sure if I could use it or if it's reliable. Did someone here have used that as the mode of payment for visa fee?
