B1/B2 Tourist Visa for Mother

I have got B1/B2 Tourist Visa appointment for my mother. The VAC appointment is in Chennai, India and actual Visa appointment is in Hyderabad, India. Will this be a problem? If this is a problem, I am not sure how the system accepted. Did anyone faced similar experience. Please share your thoughts. Appreciate your response!

Also I have filled Chennai as visa appointment office in DS-160. Do I need to update that to Hyderabad?

Its perfectly fine to have biometrics & interview done at separate places.

DS160 is also fine.
