    Visitor visa:urgent

    Hi,

    My mom is coming to USA in the first week of march. She is planning to leave to Canada for my sister's delivery in April 2nd week. Can she come back to USA in october and stay with me and our new born for few more days before she leaves to India? Will she have problems with her I-94.

    Please reply as soon as possible.
