Second Extention i-539 Question
What is the proper way to answer this question if the applicant has already had one I-539 approved for 6 months? This is the second extension that is now being applied for. The number varies, but on the printout I have this is question 14 on the "additional information about request/applicant" section.
Have you, or any other person included in this application, been employed in the United States since last admitted or granted an extension or change of status?
