Hi,
1. When I reserved the appointment for my in-laws(through TT services),I put myself as the sponsor(the receipt shows I am their U.S contact).Now I would like to have my wife sponsor them. We will be entering this info in I134.Is this okay? Please let me know.
2. Secondly, She is on H1B and her visa is expiring in may 2005 and yet to apply for visa renewal. Will this in anyway cause visa rejection or reduce the B2 period(instead of multiple 10yr visa) for my in-laws.
3.I have more money in my account than hers for the past 6 months. Is it okay to send both the accounts' statements even though she is the sponsor? Her name will not be listed in my account statement.
