esta es la situacion, llene todo el formato y lo firme, y cuando intente ingresar a la parte de empezar un tramite familiar, mi computadora se reinicio.
Y cuando intente otravez ya no me dio la opcion de la familia.
busque en internet y recomendaron que empezara una nueva, pero paso lo mismo

estoy desesperada que puedo hacer ?
