Where do I submit my supporting documents? Or do I just bring them to the appointment? I didn't see any part of the DS160 that says upload or submit or anything.

I also have a Canadian visa, does that help with my application? I really want to go visit my friends and I do not want to emigrate at all, but I have a hard time proving that.

Any other tips are welcome.
