Hi Experts,
I'm looking for change of Job in the US. My current visa status is L1 and I read that if I wanted to change the job , first I need to convert my visa to H1 and then then start looking out for job.
But the present market situation , I dont get any response for visa conversions. Now I started getting doubt that is it really possible to change my job in the US being on L1 visa.
It'll be great if somebody can help us in knowing the procedure how to change from L1 to H1 .
