I spend half of my time in Mexico for my job and to be with him. He applied for a tourist visa (B1/B2) but was denied. He has no criminal record, a steady job, and custody of his daughters. We're considering marriage and a K1 fiancée visa seems to be the quickest option, but we're researching all possibilities. We'd like to have a wedding celebration in Mexico but have the legal ceremony in the US. Can anyone share their experience having a wedding celebration outside the US before or after omegle shagle the legal ceremony?
