Add a family member on existing B2 fee receipt?

One of the family member has paid B2 visa fee and got an interview appointment in Mar, however if we need to add another family member to the profile to have them attend the interview together, is it possible to amend the visa fee to include 2nd person and to the profile as group? ofcourse we will have to cancel the current appointment and find new appointment for both.

Reach out to local embassy or consulate. But mostly you'll have to create another profile, pay the fee & then try to book the appointment for both of them separately on same date.
