I'm a South African citizen & I have friends in the US, they are a couple who are soon to have a baby. They are in need of child/homecare once they have a baby. They would generally like me to visit them but also would prefer me to be the one to work for/assist them. We have a similar way of life and values hence they wouldn't really prefer conventional means assistance plus being more familiar with me is the bonus & more flexible even financially. I'd be required there until the baby is about year old (so for next 12 months).
