Keep getting a message that says “If you cancel this appointment, then you will have exceeded the limit of appointments canceled, and will not be able to schedule another appointment until another MRV fee has been paid.” Which is fine, it can be paid again. It’s because the interview appointment has been reschedule so many times. But then trying to cancel, it says, “You can only cancel appointments that are in the future and that are not associated with earlier appointments that have already been attended,” in a red message box.

Nationality: from Dominican Republic, location there too. Trying for a visitor visa to USA. US Embassy is who is involved.

What does this mean? What can be done? It won’t even let me cancel so I can pay the fee again and try to reschedule. Please help
