I have been applying for B1/B2 visa for several attempts(5) and is getting refused all the time.I am from Mumbai and my husband works at Middle east for last 20 years.I have resident permit here so i have applied from Middle east as well as from Mumbai all the time i am refused under 214(b) section.My husband has been granted visa fro Middle east in May 2007.I was working in govt. organisation at Mumbai and have opted for VRS and am an pensioner.Can u please suggest me to get my Visitors visa as i need to visit my daughter who is married and settled their we parents want to see how she is in her new life we have plan to just for a short visit.
