I need a clarification reg visitor visa
My cousin mom plan to visit USA and she had a problem in her passport ...we noticed the spelling mistakes only when we received her passport in our hand.
In my cousin passport her father name mentioned as jayabal and mother name as manimegalai...but in her mother passport it is mentioned as jayabalan and manimekhalai...since in ration card they mentioned in local languages as these name resp..
now her interview date is on dec 6th 2010...which they have fixed already ...now my cousin plans to get a affidavit from a layer or from some govt officer stating that both the names are same and their children are so and so...
i need to know will there be any issue...in this even after getting affidavit...since due to lack of time we can't change the names imm...
so reply me as soon as possible to help them...
