Revisiting USA after 6 Months With 10 Years Multiple Entry Visa

Hi,
My Mother-In-Law had a 10 years Multiple Entry Visitors Visa. She Came here last year May and left To India in November (With in 6 Months as per the I-94). Now I am planning to bring her in may 2005. Will this be a problem?.
Any inputs apperciate.
