US Visa Renewal- Interview waiver

Hello,

I am planning to renew my US visa in Toronto (B2) and would like to have the interview waived. I got my visa in 2012 (applied with family, I was 24 years old). I’ve traveled several times to the US since then.

I can’t recall if I was ten- printed in Manila when we were interviewed in 2012… In my renewal application, “Have you been ten printed?” should I put YES or NO?

If I put YES and it turns out that they don’t have my fingerprints, will they reject my visa application?

I really want to avoid having to get an interview because I need to travel in October for a wedding Speed Test https://vidmate.bid/ .
