Hi,
My dad is traveling from India to Usa next week with a B2 tourist Visa and he found that there is a letter missing from the Surname on his Visa when compared to the Surname of the passport. The Visa is on a old expired passport. The new passport looks good and exactly matches with old passport. However the Surname on Visa is XXXXXXX and on both passports is XXAXXXXX. Can you please suggest what can be done? Can he travel with an Affidavit for "one and same person?" His Visa was applied in 2018.
