Hi,

I have been trying to get a drop box appointment in Chennai since the last 2 months. After filling up the entire questionnaire, it says I qualify for an interview waiver, however when I click on the Dropbox box link, the next page just shows ‘loading’ and then the website hangs (pic attached). Is this because they haven’t opened slots or is it some other reason ?

I have sent them at least 3 emails but there has been no response.

Can someone provide some information regarding this, would really appreciate it.

For popular appointments, it's best to plan well in advance. Try to book as early as possible when the slots become available. Some appointments can be scheduled months ahead of time, so be proactive
