My parents live in Delhi NCR and I booked in their US B2 Visa appointment in New Delhi. In Delhi, the first available appointment is in Feb 2024. In order to complete this process early, they are planning to appear in the visa interview in Mumbai where dates in July, Aug 2023 are available? Will they be asked questions on why they are not appearing for interview in New Delhi in line with their primary residence? Overall is it recommended to do this in India? Will they be asked additional questions since their interview location is different from their DS160 location? Do they need to fill a new DS160?
