I'm a Pakistani national currently a student in Italy. I'll be completing my degree and moving back to Pakistan in July 2023. I need to move to the UK to be with my spouse in December 2023. So I planning on applying for the spouse visa from Pakistan around September/October 2023.

There won't be any problems, right? Both with regards to the 90-day window of the vignette (the visa processing time in Pakistan is currently 1-1.5 months) and the fact that I'll apply from Pakistan and not from Italy (my Italian permit will expire in October).
