Hi Guys,
First of all, thanks so much in advance for your assisatnce with my question.
My in-laws are coming to visit us and my father-in-law already has a valid B2 visitor visa to US which is valid till 2015. Just before his retirement, he needed to visit US for work for few days and got his visa at that time. Since 2006, he is retired.
My mother-in-law has never been to US and she is planning to schedule her visa interview in Calcutta. I was getting my sponsorship papers and had a couple questions:
a) Since my father-in-law already has a valid B2 visitor visa, does he need reapply again since his reason for visit is now different that what the reason was for him in 2006?
b) Do I need to send sponshorship letters for both my father-in-law and my mother-in-law or should I just send it for my mother-in-law?
c) My father-in-law would be accompanying my mother-in-law for the interview as an interpreter. Should I ask my father-in-law to carry his passport also just in case?
Thanks so much again for your assistance in this regard.
