  • Visitors visa

My parents and my sister are going to visit us this summer.I need help as they will be applying for visa for the 1st time.
My sister is unmarried and is doing her CA in india .I was wondering if she would have problems getting a visa .Should she apply with my parents or should they apply separately?Wat are the problems my sister will face while applying for a visa?Any help will be appreciated.thanks

    She should apply separately.

Problem for her: difficulty in proving strong ties to India.

      Similar case

I have a similar case. My sister is completing her final year of MBA this summer. At the time she and my parents will appear for interview in Apr 1st week, she would be just 2 months away from her post graduation. She is unmarried but has a job waiting for her to join once she comes back from US.

I'm not sure how it may help if she applies seperately. If they apply together it then they can say they are going for family vacation. On the other hand, if she goes alone, she'll most probably get rejected.

I am aware of cases where they grant different duration of visas to people applying together eg. 1 year to parents and 3 months to sister. Are there cases where some get the visa and some don't from a group applying together?
      Please advise.

            do not apply for sister

To be honest ,please do not apply for sister , 99 % there is a rejection for young people for visitor visa. if you are full confident and have all the papers , then only apply, it is a risk
