DS 160 submitted without photo

hi,

I was submitting DS-160 form for my father and at the end i saw the option of making the application family application. I added my mother's information and submitted that as well.

upon submiting the form i realize that we forget to add photo for my mother.

I can't find any option to add the pictures for my mother. i have her picture that passes the validity test on the site.

Please help me out.
