Hi,
Please provide me an answer for my below DS-160 form issue:
i) I have Started a New Application to create a DS-160 form
ii) I have noted down my ApplicationID and security question as well.
iii) In the Personal Details section, I have given my Personal details. When I clicked on the 'Next' button, the page redirected to Session Timed Out page
iv) When I have provided the correct ApplicationID, Surname, Date of Birth and Security answer, I get an error message saying 'Surname does not match', 'Year of birth does not match'
v) I do not know why it redirected to Session timed out page, even though the page is not idle for 20mins
I hope my application data is not saved.
Can I Start with a new application?
Can we have multiple DS-160 applications unless and until they are submitted?
