My 15-year-old nephew is in India and my son who is the same age and living in the U.S. want to spend their summer together in the U.S. Can a 15 year apply for a visitor visa without applying for his parents' visa? He will travel here on his own. His parents were denied the B1/B2 visa in the past. Could that affect his visa application?
