I am a Canadian resident but a citizen of another country that needs a visa to enter US. The current B1/B2 wait times in Canada are about 2 years long. Can I apply for the US visa by travelling to another country in the Caribbean with fast processing times. Some online forums say it's possible but does anybody has any helpful information?
