My husband made the visa renewal fee payment last night and we know it's done.However, when he tried logging in to check the receipt no ,instead of tapping on Continue, he happened to tap on Schedule an appointment.
The page got refreshed and after that everytime he tries tapping on continue, he's asked to start from the scratch.
We are not able to understand why despite tapping on Continue, we are not able to see our page and our receipt details.
it's taking us back to the entire process which we are already done with.
We need to schedule our apppintment and ideally, if he had tapped on Continue, he should have been able to see the receipt, if it had been activated.
Could it mean that the receipt is still not activated?
He can see his Account details on the top right corner though.
