Questions on I-134 & DS-136

I am applying for my parent's tourist visa. I have a few questions on filling the I-134 form & the DS-156 form?

1. On Question 8. For persons fully/partially dependant on me?
I have a 3 yr old son. So, do I put partially dependant against his name because my husband is also providing for him?

2. On Question 9. That I have previously submitted affidavits of support..
This is my parent's second trip to the US..so i have filled this form earlier , 2 years back. So do I put YES or should I say NONE?

3. If I electronically file the DS-156 form, when I take a print out of the form with the barcode..should the 2 pages be back to back or can they be in 2 separate sheets?

For your second question, Yes, You have to mention that your parents name and date during which you given them affidavit of support.
