I have a spent caution for Theft by Employee from 7 or 8 years ago (I was an idiot in a tough situation and did something I regret).
I haven't committed any offences since, have kept my nose clean and the caution is now off my record when it comes to DBS checks. Also US guidelines say offences with under a years maximum sentence (the category I fall into) and under 6 months time served don't count as crimes of moral turpitude when it comes to US Visa checks https://omegle.onl/ .
If I was to apply to enter the USA for October this year, would I be able to apply through ESTA and be successful? Or would it denied and I am better of applying through the VISA system properly?
