SSN number good to use?

After my long battle with getting an SSN before I start OPT work, I finally got the SSN application approved and my SSN was issued, but unfortunately the card was lost in the mail. After a few times of revisiting the SSN office, the officer went ahead and gave me my SSN while I wait for the replacement card. I’ve never seen my physical card before https://vidmate.cool/ . Is it safe to go ahead and use the SSN given to me? TIA

Yes. Also note that you can start working before you even get your SSN.
