hi, i’m currently a college student set to study abroad in italy for the upcoming school quarter and we’re required to obtain a national “D” visa because our stay exceeds 90 days. my issue right now is that the only appointment i could secure is for august 30 while my program requires me to leave september 2 . is there anyway that people know of securing an earlier appointment at the sf or la consulate for italy or if i could somehow obtain my visa while in italy? please help i am stressing so much.
