Unable to track visa application process with the tracking tool on France visas Help!

We applied at the embassy in Wellington New Zealand had all the paper work. Now taken receipt number home and the tracking tool on the visa website just says receipt number invalid xvideos . Super annoying besiege we leave on the 8th July and need to know progress as our passports are being sent in the mail!!
